Q - Is it safe to use my credit card?
A - Yes. Colebrook Bosson Saunders uses encryption software on a secure server. This means that only Colebrook Bosson Saunders has the password ability to read any customer information submitted with your order. All customer information is strictly for use by Colebrook Bosson Saunders and will not be passed onto any 3rd parties.
Q - What types of payment do you accept?
A - CBS accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Q - You have a great range of product but none of them quite fit my requirements.
A - Colebrook Bosson Saunders offer a complete customisation/Special Design service. Simply e-mail us via info@cbsproducts.co.uk and let us know your unique requirements.
Q - Do Colebrook Bosson Saunders offer product guarantees?
A - If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10-days for a refund but you must contact us first for
authorisation.
Please note: returned goods are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge, unless they are returned for defective or faulty reasons.
Q - How long will my order take to be delivered?
A - All products are dispatched within 7-days unless advised otherwise.
Please note: For orders ouside the UK, you are responsible for paying any applicable duties or import charges.
Q - What if my order arrives damaged?
A - Simply call us on +44 (0)207 490 4299 or email orders@cbsproducts.co.uk. Colebrook Bosson Saunders will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Please reuse the packaging material for return courier.
Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A - Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment processing. Simply send your cancellation request to orders@cbsproducts.co.uk.
