A Note from Martin –

 

I very much hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are all well and are coping during these difficult times.

With this in mind I would like to share some positive news with you. Our UK warehouse which serves the UK and Europe has re-opened and we are despatching products to our customers. To ensure the safe guarding of our team we have implemented strict social distancing protocols, including how refreshments and breaks are managed. This does unfortunately mean that we have a smaller team working within the warehouse, but we are doing our utmost to fulfil orders without further delays, as well as keeping everyone safe.

We are very grateful to you for your understanding during these difficult times. Our stock levels at this current time are where they should be and we are receiving deliveries from our factories so we are able to fulfil orders. Although everybody needs to exercise caution, within government guidelines we are keen to support our customers with product so you can re-energise your own businesses as soon as possible. Please do talk to us about your plans so we can do our utmost to fulfil your requirements.
